(1) CIA Director Mike Pompeo is said to have told you to talk to the NSA about the alleged Russian hack. Since the NSA tracks everything that goes through the internet, if there were such a hack, they should be able to show you proof positive, which so far they have completely failed to do. Have you talked to them, and what did they say? (2) Former CIA agent Robert David Steele says you have talked to him about the possibility of using something like your Thin Thread program to look through all all that internet data to track and expose the nefarious activities of the Deep State itself?

The situation isn’t all that bad as appears.
If you remember back on September 15, 2008, U.S. congress voted ‘NO’ on the bailouts. Over the next 48 hours panic set in. For an empire in which the sun never sets, the British were going through a solar eclipse. A particular weakness we should bear in mind.

Question Mr. Binney: It’s great to finally learn of your work and long-term dedication. Where other than the film “The Good American” does Mr. Binney discuss the “Thinthread” concept for harvesting and organizing “meta-data” and the development of the program for this ? I have heard, I think, that President Trump asked Mr. Binney to brief CIA Director Michael Pompeo on “Thinthread” and so is it still being applied today? Can protections for citizen anonymity be effectively restored to the program ? Can tracking of meta-data in this 2018 multi-platform blizzard of electronic data transfer, still be relevant to national security?

In their article for Consortium News, “More Holes in the RussiaGate Narrative” Binney and McGovern list several data transfer rates they have obtained experimentally, and compare these to the (higher) rate of 22.7 megabytes/sec reflected in the Guccifer NGP/VAN incident. But I understand the latter to be the average rate over the whole transfer. Can Mr. Binney confirm and clarify whether the transfer rates they have obtained experimentally apply specifically to peak rates rather than average rates? Can he elaborate on this distinction?

Does their new finding of fit between data supposedly hacked on July 5, 2016 and data supposedly hacked on Sept 1, 2016 imply that we do not really know on which date the transfer in question happened? May we say that we only know for sure that the Guccifer 2.0 persona claimed (July 4?) that he was about to do a “hack” and we know for sure that the results of this “hack” were published on Sept 13 – but we do not know whether he might have done the deed on Sept 1 (say) and back-dated to July 5 to be consistent with his earlier boast?
