    From discussions with Wes:

Lyn, we are going to many events on foreign policy in the bay area, and as crazy as these speakers are, they all have to concede, when pushed, that US policy is not working and some of the speakers, all of whom are involved in US foreign policy, want an entirely new policy. We went to two events today at Stanford, one on Russia, and one on China, and even with the worst crowd, like McFaul, they are grasping in the dark, and this has been true at many of the events I have attended recently. How can we best create this change in direction that you speak of, in the context of these events which are mostly academic but suggest a change?

A question for Lyn just came in from a Nikki in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. LaRouche , and you Comment on the astronaut, Scott Kelley that just came back from about a year in the space station. I heard a report that he actually came back two inches taller. What can we do now to ensure that the US keeps doing exciting things like this?

A question from Eli in San Juan Puerto Rico- "My question is what can the ordinary citizens do to save themselves and others in the midst of this economic crisis, when our leaders say there are no short term solutions and we do not seem to have any new leaders stepping up WITH SOLUTIONS to replace the ones who say they don’t have solutions. Hi Mr. Larouche

I see a great scientific and natural progress in religion, for what mankind as a whole can accomplish.

Why represents religion today not the progress for mankind in the tradition of nicolaus cusanus work (imago Dei) example.

I think religion today have another view

A question from a former State Rep. from Maine who participated in a conference in Washington D.C. on the Silk Road with you back in the 1990’s. He comments and asks about Helga LaRouche’s recent speech in India.

" It’s so fitting that she is there with all the leaders. She has worked tirelessly for decades on this. I know that when I got involved with the New Silk Road/Eurasian Land Bridge proposal it propeled me to go travel around Asia and meet and do business with literally hundreds of business people. Those years spent in Asia helped me to see that this International Development proposal is exactly what is needed to quantum leap us away from War and instead have Peace through Mutual International Development. Swords & Guns into Starships & Shovels.. Lyn, I would like to hear your comments and assessments of the importance of what your wife Helga is involved in …. "

A West Coast Persian-American asks two questions for Lyn:

    1) Saudis and Turks keep assembling hundreds of troops on Syrian border. Especially after what happened to Azaz (Syria) recently, might they actually invade?

    2) What about the strategic implications of the current candidates for the US Presidential election?

I’d like to ask a question for tonight’s programme – I’m a British resident – do you think your ideas could gain any ground here – and what success have you had here in the past?
