Exactly what are the cultural attributes that lead people to believe errors to be true and have thoughts disregarding a clear vision of a moral and productive life and country and planet and beyond?

During a barter trade, before currency exchanges, between the classic chicken farmer and, say, a wood supplier. A chicken farmer agrees to give a specified amount and type of chickens to a wood supplier for a specified amount and type of wood. Should anyone other than the chicken farmer and the wood supplier get any of the chickens or wood? No. But do derivatives or private bank profits, in currency or money, take from the profits of the transactions or exchanges of chicken farmers and wood suppliers today? Yes. This is why the issuance and regulating the value of money is so very important and all humans using money are directly related to this matter.

This may be a duplicate: Please ask Nancy Spanus to comment on PPP’s. She wrote an article in EIR some years ago stating that Hamilton supported PPP’s. Why are statements being made currently by Paul Gallagher, Diane Sare, Tim Rush, and others that PPP’s are not workable today? More details are necessary for complete understanding.
