Hello, i watched an ariel video of a large U.K. military naval carrier entering, where i recall to be, Portsmouth. There was a amazing anount of very tiny naval ships surrounding. All the ships were moving. There were about 5 to 6 military helicopters in one part, and as i seen the copters flying, it appeared as if the aircrafts were navigating robotically. As i watched, i had envisioned how the U.K. has a realtime computerized interactive simulation of all the movements of all things in the area and predetermined precautionary anticipation actions\counteractions that will and will potentially occur. So, if there is a similar(and very physically real) realtime computerized interactive simulation(with multiple inputs and outputs) for the actual thoughts and emotions and actions of any specified region of human beings in real time and potentialities, then would any disruption of this system and its system backups reduce the color revolutions that that system is potentially used to trigger in human beings?
